There are several ways to work with us. Contact us or book a complimentary consultation call to find out which option is best for you.

RETAINER
Our most popular option for in-depth, multi goal projects or projects estimated at 90 days or longer. We work with you to set a fixed monthly rate for a set period of time of 3, 6, or 12 months.

PROJECT
This option is best for a project with a fixed start and end date or single goal projects. We will evaluate the level of effort it will take for us to complete your project, and provide you with a fixed price. If we need to spend more time on the project, you don’t pay more. Note that a higher fixed price will apply for jobs with a turnaround of less than 2 weeks.

FIXED RATE
Events that are tailored to the needs of your organization or target audience, and can be delivered at a location convenient to you or virtually. We will work with you ahead of time to ensure that the resulting outcome meets your needs.

GRANT SEEKING
For grant prospecting or grant development we charge a flat fee per month. A lower hourly rate is charged for grant review and feedback. We will provide suggestions on how to make your application more competitive.

HOURLY
For projects that require short term knowledge consulting. Hourly projects are determined on a case by case basis.

GET STARTED
Schedule a complimentary call to discuss your ideas and needs. We will prepare a quote for services tailored to your needs and review the proposal with you. Once you approve the quote, we will start scheduling. A deposit of 10% may be required before work begins.
